Shipping & Returns
We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Please allow 5-7 business days for standard delivery across Australia. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend opting for Express Post.
Please note that your order may be subject to delays outside of our control as a result of holiday periods, postal delays or remote location. There may also be delays during promotional periods. We recommend choosing Express Post for time-sensitive orders.
Frankie Lane takes no responsibility for orders lost in transit. In the event that your parcel goes missing, please lodge a formal complaint with Australia Post. If you have entered an incorrect address for delivery and your parcel is returned to us, we can re-deliver to the correct address at an additional shipping cost.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
At Frankie Lane, we pride ourselves on providing a premium product you’ll love. In the unlikely event that your goods are delivered damaged or faulty, or if you’ve been delivered the incorrect product, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll happily exchange the product or refund you, provided the product is returned within 10 days of receiving your order and is unwashed, unused and in the original packaging.
Change of mind
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund if you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us.
